I offer personal commissions for private clients. All commissions are fully rendered with a simple background. Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

You will pay the full price beforehandI only accept PAYPALYou do not pay any additional fees (eg. paypal fee). Those are my responsibilityI have the right to reject your commission request for any reason

REVISIONS

You get two (2) minor free revisions: once during the sketching stage and once during basecolor stage. Minor revisions (in sketching phase) can include: changing the expression, changing the outfit, changing the pose slightly etc.

DETAILS

All commissions come fully rendered and are either square (2000x2000px) or A4 (2480x3508px) at 300dpi png and 150dpi png. Background will be simple.

[https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/#]DO NOT claim, edit, reproduce my artworks/or use it for commercial products (monetized videos, merchandise, prints, books, etc.) If it will be used for profit you may purchase the license from me.I (the artist) have the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook. Commissioner still owns the copyright to their own characters and will be mentioned as the owner of said characters. The artwork itself will not be sold as prints.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Once the invoice is paid and I’ve started your piece, you can’t ask for a refund. I will only refund you if I can’t finish your commission in which case I will contact you.

CONCERNING TIPS

In Finland it is not customary to tip, so I do NOT expect any of my clients to tip. However I do not object to them and do accept them through Paypal.

COMMISSIONING ME MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE MENTIONED. IF YOU, THE CLIENT, DID NOT READ TERMS OF SERVICES, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN MISCONCEPTION.

HOW TO COMMISSION?

  1. Read and understand the terms & conditions above

  2. Fill in the form in Google Sheets or send me a DM on twitter/instagram (you can find the forms at the bottom of the page) OR email me :)!

  3. I will contact you in 48 hours in your contact email. I will answer any questions and ask you to pay via paypal. I will send you an invoice in your paypal.

  4. Pay the invoice within 10 days. If you can’t, please specify why and when you can.

  5. I will start working on your piece when I have received the money! I will send you the sketch beforehand and you can voice your opinions at this stage. The next revision will be the basecolor phase, when you can voice your opinions about the colors.

  6. It will take me 2 to 6 weeks to get your piece done, depending on how difficult it is and how much other work I have. If it takes me longer, I will inform you. I will usually tell you beforehand how long it approximately will take.

  7. I'll send the finished artwork via email.

  8. You can upload the work to your social media but remember to credit me :)!
